Management Control

As a company we must need to earn the trust of customers, business partners, shareholders, donors, local communities and all other stakeholders.
Micropartnership company firmly recognizes the safe use and protection of personal information as a key management issue and a key social responsibility that should be embraced by all officers and employees, in the company. In addition to introducing ever more rigorous internal management procedures surrounding the handling of personal information throughout the Micropartnership company and establishing systems to put stakeholders’ minds at ease, we are also striving to strengthen compliance with all laws and regulations relating to information security and other relevant areas. Our Code of Conduct determines the appropriate management of personal and other information, and we take strict measures to any infringement of those rules, including disciplinary sanctions, if warranted.

In order to ensure healthy, effective organizational management, Micropartnership compiled a document outlining its Basic Principles of COC, Business Terms & Conditions. It is also ensure effective Internal Control Systems (ICS), and operate internal control systems (ICS) by covering compliance, operational efficiency, reliable financial reporting, and asset preservation.

Micropartnership company have determined several rules based on the company’s corporate philosophy and Code of Conduct.
In terms of business management, the Auditing Department, which conducts audits of internal control systems (ICS), investigates whether business is being executed appropriately and effectively.

The Legal Department has set up a compliance team to oversee company wide compliance management.
Regarding internal control of financial reporting, the company has also established a system and ongoing monitoring procedure to ensure appropriate reporting. If they discover any significant legal violations or compliance issues, the head of company is required to report the infringement to statutory auditors, Micropartnership Chairman, CEO, and the compliance officer.

Relationship Management

Micropartnership conducts its partners, investor and donors relations based on the fundamental direction outlined in order to aid a clear understanding and just evaluation of our company by various stakeholders including shareholders and investors and donors.

Micropartnership’s fundamental approach to IR activities is the timely and appropriate disclosure of important facts concerning the company to the various stakeholders including shareholders and investors, in an accurate and clear, impartial and swift manner. We always aim to be a company that evokes trust and empathy among shareholders and investors.

We undertake to continually enhance our internal system on information disclosure, and, in line with the accepted open procedure, to disclose information based on statute and various regulations, information related to our business performance, financial strength, management strategy, and information on compliance and corporate governance in order to fulfill our social responsibility. Company management will share and disclose the information in time if any changes in our business management, strategy, policy, principles and so on due to any business needs.
